Refund policy

Customers have the right to return items of proper quality if the product does not meet their expectations in terms of shape, size, color, or design.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

- The item is in unused, marketable condition.

- All original tags and labels are intact.

- Original packaging is preserved.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns of proper quality items. 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item due to sizing or other preferences, you may do so within 14 days of receipt, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges can only be made if:

- The original item is in its original condition.

- Tags and packaging are intact.

If the desired item is not available, you may choose another product from our collection for the same value.

NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED FOR:

- All handmade knitted products are non-returnable due to their custom-made nature.

- Items that have been worn or used.

- Items used in photoshoots or videos.

- Items with removed tags or damaged packaging.

- Custom-made or personalized orders.

- Gift cards.
