Shipping policy

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over €85.
Delivery is handled by Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and shipping. 

Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. If the parcel is refused due to unpaid duties, we reserve the right to keep both the item and the payment. 

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your order.

UKRAINE SHIPPING 

We ship all orders within Ukraine via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. You can choose delivery either to the nearest branch or directly to your address with courier service (if available).
Please note that due to martial law, processing and shipping may take 2–5 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the total value of your order and according to the current rates of the chosen delivery service.

Courier delivery is paid separately by the customer, regardless of the order amount.
